SMS Mission Statement
St. Malachy serves a diverse population of children ranging from three year old Preschool through the eighth grade. We assist parents with the formation of their child’s moral and academic development in preparation for their role as a productive member within their community and the Catholic Church.It is our mission to help each child build his or her role with God and with the faith community through prayer, worship, and service. Teachers and parents collaborate in the learning process that integrates our Catholic faith throughout the curriculum to create an educational environment that focuses on preparing students for a dynamic and complex future.
We have served Kennedy Township and neighboring communities for 57 years building strong foundations in education and faith. We foster Catholic education by welcoming students from parishes that cannot provide a full faith-based education.
